Backblast 3/28/19

Jiffy and Tahoe (QIC) got together for a modified Murph. We did sets of 10 pull-ups, 20 Merkins, 30 squats, and a lap around the tennis courts. I cut things a bit short in order to conduct a brief Q school with Jiffy. Jiffy then led a series of Mary exercises. Aye!

Backblast for 3-21-19

We started with a long run and ended up at the tennis courts for

Next we completed a Buddha Crunch Dip ladder.
Onto the wall for People’s chair and over head press (everyone counted 50).
Back to the tennis courts for 50 LBCs and a table (everyone counted 25). More stretching.
We did 25 step ups and back to the wall for NPR BTTW.
Back to the parking lot for Del Brown and Newton’s cradles.
Ended with Announcements and Tahoe took us out.

MOLESKINE: It was a Tuesday, but a little sad because it wasn't a Tahoe Tuesday.  Our man Tahoe was scheduled for Q but awakened feeling under the weather (feel better brother!) so the rest of us picked up the six and ventured forth into the gloom, propelled by Miyagi's most excellent waffles.  OK so… not really on the last part, but a guy can dream.

MOLESKINE: YHC is trying to get some ruck miles in for a monthly challenge, so I rucked to the workout this fine morning, arriving about a minute before 7:00 with shovel flag in hand. Four #HIM were already gathered and waiting, a fifth would join a little later. During the pre-beatdown mumblechatter, YHC said "Shit's about to get real" and there was laughter. It wasn't a joke.

Sometimes you don't even feel like posting, much less Qing. Other days you show up but dial it in. Then there are those rare days where you want to dig deep into the well and GET SOME. That was today for me, and I was grateful to have some quality men along for the ride.
